Despicable Me 3
In the third installment of the animated franchise, Gru has left behind his life as a supervillain as a member of the Anti-Villain League, with a washed-up child actor from the 1980s, Balthazar Bratt, voiced by South Park co-creator Trey Parker, seeking vengeance for losing stardom when he reached puberty. A lot of good '80s music, and perhaps the musical high point was the minions' incoherent rendition of the Major General's Song from The Pirates of Penzance. Was pretty much on par with its predecessors, which isn't a bad thing.
