An anime about the residents of a floating and moving island known as the Mud Whale, with occasional encounters by outsiders that lead to good or bad results. Fairly enjoyable, but I think it could have gotten away with a TV-14 rating instead of its TV-MA rating, since I didn't find much offensive content aside from violence.
