Wild Arms is another RPG series that I got into during the PlayStation 2 era, when I played the third entry, and eventually tried the first two. Michiko Naruke composes the music, which fits the Western theme of the game, although there are plenty tracks in other genres. The album opens with "Into the Wilderness," which features actual whistling, and other notable Western-tuned tracks include the overworld theme and Zed's battle theme. Some notable non-Western tracks include the beautiful Curan Abbey theme, and the energetic battle theme. Definitely worth a listen.
