Piano Collections Final Fantasy IX
It's been a while since this reviewer has played the game, and he didn't recognize a few of the piano pieces in this collection, although it does a good job replicating the game's music in piano, such as the flamenco-esque theme and two of the town themes, with Treno's music sounding like something one would hear in a silent movie. The piano version of the final boss theme was interesting, and "Melodies of Life" nicely rounds out this album, which is very much on par with classical composers' work.
